Nashville News Channel 5 has been investigating “policing for profit” scams in Tennessee.  New Jersey resident George Reby had 22,000 in cash stolen from him by a cop named Larry Bates in Monterey, TN.  This is unconstitutional government tyranny and legalized theft.  Tennesseans should be outraged, as should all Americans.

Drone Nearly Causes Collision With A Jet Over Denver

The FAA is investigating a near collision at 8,000 feet above Denver.  A corporate jet pilot reported observing what he described as a remote controlled aircraft cross his path.  With the increase in use of drones by law enforcement for unconstitutional domestic surveillance activities one can expect to see deadly crashes in the American skies in the future.  Steve Watson at infowars.com does a good job of laying out the recent developments of tyranny in the skies.  Reports estimate the possible presence of 30,000 drones by 2020.

Barack Obama Born In Kenya According To Former Literary Agent

Acton & Dystel, the former literary agency of Barack Hussein Soetoro Obama, produced a promotional booklet in 1991 that included biographies of 89 aspiring and established authors and public figures.  Obama’s bio states that he was born in KENYA.  This material has been uncovered by Breitbart as part of their “vetting” of the current president.  We are living in strange times when Andrew Breitbart is now dead and an apparent Kenyan and Indonesian citizen is president of the united states.  It is amazing that Breitbart news still denies the possibility that Obama could have been born outside of the US.  They point to this pamphlet as an example of how Obama’s public persona has been presented differently at different times.  Interestingly Jay Acton, former partner in the firm that produced the pamphlet, confirmed the details of the booklet.  Jane Dystel still lists Obama as a client and refuses to answer questions about Obama according to the Breitbart piece.

Ron Paul Effectively Ends Active Presidential Campaign

The Washington Times is reporting that Ron Paul is ending his campaign efforts in the 11 states that still have a primary to be held.  The Paul camp will still pursue delegates in the states where delegates are still being selected at state conventions.  This announcement effectively paves the way for a lackluster GOP nomination of a lackluster candidate by the name of Mitt Romney.  Ron Paul is still drawing crowds in the thousands while Romney draws crowds by the handful!  The GOP establishment should take notice of that.  The Obama army will have minions coming out of the wood work and all Mitt has is his checkbook and some free sub sandwhiches.  That aint gonna cut it in November!

The best man for the job will not be hired for the job unless a miracle of epic proportions occurs in Tampa at the GOP convention.  Ron Paul has carried the torch of liberty and limited government for the better part of 4 decades, many years while no one was paying attention.  He is the truest Republican of anyone in Washington that places an “R” after their name.  Ron Paul is a republican in the mold of the original republican, Thomas Jefferson.  America needs selfless, principled, God fearing, and God honoring men to come forth and serve.  Ron Paul is one of those men.  It is a shame that many Americans are so ignorant of their nation’s wonderful history that they do not know what they are missing.  When tyranny creeps in a little bit at a time most don’t even know they are living as slaves on the banker plantation.  Ron Paul, like Jefferson, Jackson, and Lincoln knows the evils of the federal reserve cartel that controls our money.  His efforts have made “End the Fed” a very common rally cry.  Ron Paul has been authoring legislation to exit the UN, veto Roe V. Sheriff Joe Arpaio Formally Sued By The US Justice Dept.- Joe Tells DOJ “Not On My Watch”

The US Justice Department has formally sued the Maricopa, AZ Sheriff, citing “unconstitutional and unlawful actions” in their handling of Hispanics.  Apparently the DOJ has never once provided any details or proof as to how it came to its conclusion.  The DOJ wants to install a “monitor” within the sheriff’s office to approve their activities and ensure they are compliant with civil rights laws.  The installment of DOJ monitors has been carried out in the past against police agencies across America, Los Angeles and Detroit come to mind.

Sheriff Arpaio hits the nail on the head,  indicating this “essentially usurps the powers and duties of an elected sheriff” and turns administration over to an unelected federal bureaucrat.  Arpaio responded to the DOJ, “I am the constitutionally and legitimately elected sheriff and I absolutely refuse to surrender my responsibility to the federal government.” Arpaio then made it clear in no uncertain terms that he will not be intimidated, “And so to the Obama administration, who is attempting to strong arm me into submission only for its political gain, I say, ‘This will not happen, not on my watch.’”

City of Austin Seizes Residence of Vietnam Veteran

Joe Del Rio, a retired Air Force reservist and Vietnam veteran, answered a knock at his door on a Saturday morning in May 2010.  When he opened the door he was met by code enforcement and a police swat team.  His Austin, TX home was raided because he had a bunker beneath hos house.  Authorities detained him for 10 hours.  City officials proceeded to fill in the bunker with cement and sent the bill to Del Rio, in excess of $90k.  They condemned the house and turned the elderly Del Rio over to Adult Protective Services since he was no homeless.  During the initial raid city officials also had fire trucks and bomb squad personnel on scene because of suspicious 55 gal drums that turned out to be empty.

This is the new police state of America!  No longer do we the people have real property rights.  Never forget that according to the founding fathers, the great political thinkers of antiquity, as well as God himself, property rights are unalienable and come from God.  Man cannot take them away.  When government institutes a methodical process to erode the property rights of the citizens through property taxation, imminent domain seizure, and condemnation for frivolous reasons such as the case with Mr. Del Rio, you have tyranny.

Most government in America today at all levels is engaging in unconstitutional tyranny against the American people.  Locke, in his Second Essay concerning Civil Government stated that the “reason why men enter into society is the preservation of their property… whenever legislators endeavour to take away and destroy the property of the people, or to reduce them to slavery under arbitrary power, they put themselves into a state of war with the people, who are thereupon absolved from any further obedience, and are left to the common refuge which God hath provided for all men against force and violence.”
